Finding Peace With Chronic Pain.

Transform your relationship with pain & learn to inhabit your body more peacefully

Living with constant pain is a challenging way to live, that impacts our lives in so many other ways. But … pain and suffering are not the same thing.

Through mindfulness and a gradual process of re-embodiment, we can transform our relationship with pain and learn to inhabit the body in a much more peaceful and healthy way - allowing us to live life more fully and improve our quality of life, despite the pain being there.

Pain Community

When we’re in constant, enduring pain we can absolutely exhaust the list of drugs, therapies etc, trying hard to feel better. I know what this is like, I have been there myself.

In my own experience I have found the only thing that truly helps is to stop trying to find that peace from outside sources and find it within myself. We have the most incredible internal resources that can really transform how we respond to pain, emotions and life in general.
